The e-Commerce interface can then work from a selected product/service or person, inviting the user to create a booking for a service. The system will create a booking for the requested service using the resources that are available and best suited to that job.
In the database, the job and an initial booking. A job can have multiple bookings, multiple communications, and multiple invoices etc. Administrators then have a real-time view of resources and the peoples schedule.
Reporting on resource utilisation and billings will be a natural outcome.
